Booking INFORMATION

We offer Equine Facilitated Learning activities. All our sessions are based around groundwork activities with the ponies, there is no ridden work involved. We can offer individual, paired and small group sessions. When booking your first session, you will be asked to fill in a referral form providing any useful information.

The focus of sessions will be based on the needs of the individual participants, although empathy, care, social skills and communication skills are threads that naturally run through the work we do.

Payment for sessions must be made in full at the time of booking. Please note, your session will not be confirmed until payment has been received. 

You must give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your session when cancelling. Failure to do so, will result in the session being forfeited.

Arriving 15 minutes late will result in your session being cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

Your safety and the welfare of our ponies are of paramount importance to us. We will do a safety briefing at the start of each session which is tailored to the age and level of understanding of the participants. We will always do our best to ensure safety, however, we cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries.
